This Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website CTB Accessoires Canins S.E.N.C.(hereafter "CTB", the “Site”) and your purchase of products from the Site. By accessing or ordering from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. GENERAL
By placing an order through the Site, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, whether or not you become a registered customer.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site.
2. ACCOUNT
You may be required to create an account to make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining:

• All activity that occurs under your account
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We attempt to be as accurate as possible about product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and pricing.
However, we do not guarantee that:
• Product descriptions are complete
• Colors displayed on your device are accurate
• All measurements are exact
We reserve the right to correct errors without obligation.
4. ORDERS
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We may:
• Confirm orders
• Reject orders
• Cancel orders for any reason
If an order is cancelled, you will be notified, and any payment taken will be refunded.
5. PRICING
Prices shown on the Site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or (USD) depending on your location. Prices can change without prior notice.
Shipping fees, taxes, duties, or customs charges are not included in product prices unless specifically indicated.
6. PAYMENTS
We accept payment through Shopify Payments and PayPal. All payments must be authorized and clear before fulfillment of the order.
7. FINAL SALE / NO REFUNDS
All sales through the Site are considered final sale. By placing an order:
• You acknowledge that you have read and understood that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted
• This includes change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer preference
Exceptions
We will only consider a refund or replacement if:
• The product received is defective, or
• The product delivered is incorrect due to our error
In such cases:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photo evidence of the defect or error
Refunds (if approved) will be issued only to the original payment method.
Please note:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
8. RETURNS/EXCHANGES
No returns or exchanges are allowed unless specifically approved for defective or incorrect products.
If approved:
• You may be asked to return the item
• Products must be in original condition
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping terms, delivery times, and customs duties are outlined in our Shipping Policy, available on the Site.
By placing an order, you understand that:
• Delivery timelines are estimates
• Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control
• Import taxes, customs duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, icons, designs) is owned by CTB. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission from CTB.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• CTB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or products is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) purchased
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and all disputes arising from the Site or products will be governed by the laws of:
• Quebec, Canada
