By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Final Sale – No Returns or Refunds
All purchases made through our online store are final sale. As a small business, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause returns and exchanges. This helps us keep our prices fair and maintain high quality, especially as shipping and tariff costs continue to fluctuate.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Color preference
• Ordering errors made by the customer
• Delays caused by carriers or customs
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions, sizing guides, and measurements before completing their purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive:
• a defective item, or
• an item different from what was ordered,

Your message must include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
Shipping & Customs
Once an order has been shipped, CTB is not responsible for:
• lost or stolen packages
• shipping delays
• customs clearance issues
• import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees
All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
